New Day Children's Theatre's Website
For New Day Theatre, I created a visually dynamic and user-friendly website that captures the spirit of the organization while offering a seamless experience for users. The design incorporates vibrant imagery and interactive elements to reflect the theatre's commitment to storytelling and community engagement. I focused on ensuring the site was both visually appealing and easy to navigate, with a clear layout that highlights upcoming performances, events, and ticketing information. The color palette was carefully chosen to evoke a sense of warmth and creativity, aligning with New Day Theatre's mission of fostering inclusivity and artistic expression. The responsive design ensures an optimal viewing experience across devices, while the intuitive interface allows users to easily explore the theatre’s offerings and stay connected with the latest news.
Social Media Management
New Day Children's Theatre's Social Media Accounts
I manage and design content for New Day Children's Theatre across Instagram and Facebook, creating engaging and visually cohesive posts that resonate with their young audience and families. The goal is to promote upcoming performances, workshops, and community events while maintaining a fun, approachable tone that reflects the theatre's commitment to making arts accessible and enjoyable for children. The visual style incorporates playful graphics, vibrant colors, and dynamic photography to capture the essence of the theatre's productions. I also focus on creating interactive content like behind-the-scenes looks and event countdowns, helping to build excitement and engagement within the theatre's community. Through consistent branding and a deep understanding of the target audience, I ensure that each post aligns with New Day’s mission of fostering creativity and learning through the performing arts.

Typography Poster for the movie
Black Swan
For this design, I used a black-and-white color scheme to reflect the film’s central theme of light versus dark. I incorporated cracks in the white areas, revealing black underneath, to symbolize the protagonist’s gradual transformation into the Black Swan. The jagged, uneven edges emphasize the idea of internal conflict and give the sense that darkness is overtaking the light. I positioned the cracks to emerge from the title, creating visual leading lines that draw the viewer’s attention directly to the text.

7 page
Magazine Layout
For this photo essay, I chose to focus on my two dogs, Ryder and Rufus. I wanted the color scheme of the spread to reflect their personalities and breed. Since both are Chocolate Labs, I opted for a soft brown background to echo their coats. To complement this, I selected a muted golden-yellow font, which harmonizes with the warmth of the brown while adding a touch of brightness. The photos I selected convey this warmth and cohesiveness, while still incorporating subtle pops of color to maintain visual interest and energy throughout the spread.
5 Page Gallery Infographic for Social Media
For this assignment, I created an infographic exploring the current state of news influencers on social media in the United States. I chose a range of cool blue tones—from dark to light—to give the design a calming and educational feel. For the font, I used Helvetica Neue, with condensed bold for the titles and regular/italicized versions for the body copy. While a more basic choice, the font complements the color palette and enhances the informative tone of the design. In terms of layout, I presented the core points of the study in concise sentences, with charts placed underneath to visually reinforce the data. My goal was to keep the infographic both informative and clean, with a focus on simplicity.

Social Media Banners for the Memphis Zoo
For this project, I chose the Memphis Zoo, inspired by their friendly and approachable public image, which is evident in their advertising. I used the green and white color scheme from the zoo’s logo to maintain consistency with their brand identity. For the typography, I selected DIN Condensed Bold for the zoo’s tagline to match the font featured in the logo. The animal footprints, trailing around the images, represent the diverse wildlife at the zoo. The light green and white tones throughout the design contribute to a lively, natural, and healthy aesthetic, reflecting the zoo’s commitment to conservation and care.
12-Page Magazine Spread
For this final project, I chose to design a gardening magazine. I wanted the color palette to evoke the natural tones of spring, so I incorporated rich greens alongside a specific shade of pink from one of my lead story photos. For the typography, I selected Georgia, which strikes a balance between sophistication and simplicity, with a homey, welcoming feel. I alternated between bold and regular weights to add variety while maintaining a cohesive look. Since this is the Spring issue, my goal was to make the magazine visually vibrant, capturing the essence and freshness of the season.

Tri-fold Brochure for the Wizarding World of
Harry Potter
For this project, I wanted to design a Harry Potter themed trifold brochure for a new Universal park opening in Memphis, TN. I chose to base the design off of the Marauder's Map hence the parchment paper background and red accents.
Billboard/Transit Advertisements for FedEx
In this project, I chose to design mockups of billboard/transit advertisements for FedEx. Because of the large nature of the advertisement, I wanted to emphasize showing more than telling. The design is inspired from FedEx packages. I chose to give the design a more weathered, realistic look to keep the project grounded and based in FedEx's company values.
